As we ambitiously expand our presence in Singapore, we are seeking a dynamic General Manager (Singapore) to lead and optimize our operations, run our local country P&L and provide leadership to achieving unparalleled client satisfaction. This is a multi-faceted, dynamic key role which involves engaging with clients, fostering relationships, and overseeing the coordination of our extensive ground crew.


As the General Manager, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive P&L responsibility for both our consumer and commercial portfolio in Singapore. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our exceptional team of operations executives towards continued success.

Your key duties will include:

  1. Overseeing all our operations by conducting operations meetings with our operations team of managers, executive and supervisors.
  2. Structuring our HQ level organization and ensuring good hiring and replacements of HQ level employees (HR /Finance/Marketing / Customer support etc) 
  3. Monthly reporting of P&L, Key Metrics and ensuring the profitability of all overall job sites
  4. Overseeing and management of key metrics
  5. Overseeing and managing marketing efforts, both digital and offline.
  6. Reporting of key marketing metrics for both B2B and B2C businesses
  7. Building and managing the sales funnel
  8. Key Client accounts management
  9. Perform B2B or B2B2C Sales

Working Hours:

9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Required Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, able to take responsibility for and lead a team of 20 personnel.
  • Independent thinker with the ability to make on-the-spot decisions.
  • Proficient analytical and numerical skills crucial for modeling and managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
  • Keen business acumen, coupled with strong business development skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, efficiently managing diverse responsibilities.

Salary Range:

From $6,000 to $10,000 (based on experience)
