As our HR Junior Executive - Generalist, you are mainly responsible for supporting the HR Department in planning good compensation schemes and managing an ever growing pipeline of workers interested in joining Nimbus.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain and update crew level employment records;
  1. update passport number / expiry date for foreign crews
  2. update work pass expiry date for foreign crews
  3. check user contracts for all staff level
  4. Issue confirmation letters or salary revision letters, where applicable.
  5. Keep track of employee training requirements and records, and sign employees up for training, whenever necessary.
  6. Conduct daily checks on crew’s timesheets - ensure ground crew have been checking in and out accurately (looking out for inaccurate locations etc.)
  7. Flag up inconsistencies of check ins/outs, inaccurate supervisor approvals to HR.
  • Assist with any other ad hoc duties which may be assigned by the Director from time to time.
