As we ambitiously expand our presence in Singapore, we are seeking a dynamic Payroll assistant to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency on a daily basis. High attention to detail is key, as you will be managing and processing the salary payments of our 300 strong employees.


This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Assistant located in Singapore. The Payroll Executive will be responsible for payroll administration and management, finance-related tasks, communication with employees regarding payroll matters, and payroll processing.

Your key duties will include:

- Manage payroll for 300 employees twice a month, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Calculate and process salary adjustments, overtime, bonuses, and commissions.

- Review and validate timekeeping records for accuracy.

- Input and update employee information in the payroll system.

- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements.

- Stay updated on payroll tax regulations and ensure compliance.

- Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings and reports.

- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and taxes.

- Collaborate with HR and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.

- Generate and analyze payroll reports for management.

- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.

- Reconcile payroll accounts in a timely manner.

Working Hours:

9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a payroll assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s relevant labor laws and regulations.
