As we ambitiously expand our presence in Singapore, we are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager (Singapore) to build and execute an effective B2B sales pipeline and experiment with outbound lead generation tactics.


As our Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be entrusted with our enterprise sales and account management and the cultivation of new client account segments.

Your key duties will include:

  1. Running and managing a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close 
  2. Collaborate with Operations to support and set expectations for our customers
  3. Identify and establish new partnerships as avenues of sales growth while maintaining relationship with existing partners
  4. Perform B2B or B2B2C Sales and Business Development
  5. Assist with tender proposals and pitching

Working Hours:

9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Required Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Generate new business by prospecting, conducting market analysis and cold calling
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual targets 
  • Strong account management soft skill
  • Self-starter with high degree of persistence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills over email, phone and face-to-face 
  • Keen business acumen, coupled with strong business development skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, efficiently managing diverse responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Gebiz and B2G sales is a bonus
